As of Thursday, TWO new families decided to make Camden Woods their new home!
One is purchasing the new HAMPTON design - 4 Bedrooms/2 Baths/2 Car Garage. They are building this home from scratch & will have the opportunity to choose all of their interior selections to include exterior color etc. They are very excited to also be receiving the FIRST TIME HOME BUYER TAX CREDIT of $8,000!
The 2nd family decided on the Amhurst II 4 Bedrooms/3 Baths/Loft/2 Car Garage that was already under consruction however small changes can still be made & this family goes to our Design Center on Monday morning to do so - They also qualify for the FIRST TIME HOME BUYER TAX CREDIT OF $8,000!
